Peak Alarm Company

There sales people are good and they have done a great job installing 30 cameras at out facility. The reason for 3 starts and not more is because of their warranty repair time. We have cameras under warranty and it has taken over a month for them to fix it. Infact they are still not fixed and I'm currently logging a complaint. The repair guy is friendly and diligent but they need to work on turn arround. We have had 2 incidents that we were unable to view on the cameras and that's unacceptable.

I am the owner of Nutrishop in Boise and have enlisted Peak Alarm to be my security alarm company. I found their service to be amazing and felt their prices were good. Jason Petty went above and beyond to earn my business. Once I had signed the contract he still volunteered to help me find the right camera system for my budget. I would highly recommend you call up there and ask for Jason to be your sales rep. Feel free to call up ADT or any I others. I did and I went with Peak alarm because of the whole package.
