Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy

My physical therapist was great, however I have never recovered and spent 2 years going at this location and the Swansboro. I was told by a physical therapist my body felt like a 90 year olds at the time I was 36, it was never documented and she was in an accident the next day. That documentation could have helped me in the long run.. still can not walk without assistance and no correct diagnosis. Nor are there any reports in my file from here.

Still waiting on a call back for my neck therapy. Going to have shoulder surgery and they want to send me to Peak Performance or this other one. I just don't know. I have been there a few years ago and they where very good. Whoever is doing there appointments sure don't follow up

These guys are all SUPER AWESOME; they go out of their way to get you in for appointments, even better is when they do their best to work with your ever changing schedule and always greeting you with a smile. Love them.

Amazing staff great location therapist are well experienced and know what they are doing if you need physical therapy this is the place to go to
