Peak Performance is the best place to buy running or walking shoes hands down. I love the personalized attention and small indoor track to walk or run around to get a real feel for the shoes. Jordan was an upbeat young man who understood my needs and didn’t try. any pressure selling. Yes, you might pay a bit more but your feet are worth it if you exercise often.!

My husband and I enjoy shopping here for our running shoes because it's rarely busy and someone is always available to help you choose the right shoe and get the right size and fit. They can also look you up in the system to see what you've purchased in the past. I do wish the selection was a little bigger but overall this is a great place to shop for shoes.

The employee who helped me was very nice. He helped me figure out the exact shoe that was right for me. When I walk my ankles roll so he fitted me in the perfect shoe to help support my ankles. I totally recommend this place to any especially if you have a job that requires you to be on your feet all day like me!

Great. I found the shoes I wanted right away. They are very comfy and fit well. Plus they are my favorite color: purple. Service was good too. I was helped right away no waiting at all.

I’ve tried running on and off my whole life. For Christmas my husband got me a gift certificate to Peak Performance in Omaha on a recommendation from some friends. In 2019 I’ve vowed to complete a 5k and a 10k. As I started running again my right hip flared up, as it always has in the past. Upon entering the store we were greeted immediately by Kristen. She asked what it was I was looking for, analyzed my gate, arches, my current shoes, etc. I can’t say how extremely helpful and knowledgeable she was. Mike, the owner, even came by to check on us and gave some really great information about training and other insights to what could help with my current situation. Overall, this was one of the best purchasing experiences I may have ever had. I can’t say enough about this place and as a beginner runner, I will definitely be returning and singing it’s praises to others. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated!

I didn’t catch the name of the women who helped me but she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough when fitting me for my shoes and even helped me pick out some nutrition for my long runs. Would definitely recommend to any runners in need of new gear.

During the pandemic, ordered shoes online. Misery. Being able to try them on makes all the difference. Employee did an interesting analysis of my needs and made brilliant recommendations. After I was very satisfied with my selection, he offered, "You sure you don't want to try any more to compare?" Dang, I was so impressed with the whole experience.

Back to running restarted 6 months ago after many years away. Finally stopped by Peak Performance in Oct ‘21. I’ll 100% be back! Amazing staff! Very friendly and helpful! Helped assess gait and arch & found the perfect running shoes for me. Then I looked around & picked out some calf & compression sleeves that are also amazing. Answered questions & had lots of tips throughout. Cannot recommend this store or it’s amazing staff more! If you need running gear you need to be here!

I don't remember the girls name that helped me with my new Brooks today?.. But she was a tiny, blonde, sweet young woman. She helped me out a lot and I would definitely recommend going to Peak Performance especially if you have foot issues like I do. Brooks are the most comfortable shoes for my Planters fasciitis that I've ever found, EVER!! And they do have some shoes that are discounted and quite good I might add. Thank you again for all your help!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone there was so ready to help and gave me much needed information on running that I just didn't know. They got me set up with an awesome pair of shoes for a price that was the exact same as Amazon or any online retailer. Their knowledge on shoes was incredibly helpful and I will definitely be returning!
