Their underwriting team is thorough caring and v professional in their vetting process! We recommend them with gratitude and respect!
It is sad that I have to give them one star in this review. They are terrible about communication. They were unreasonable about dealing with problems encountered in the business world and were not flexible in overcoming these problems. They traded simple solutions for very complex and oppressive solutions. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN for this company. THEY ARE BLOOD THIRSTY to their own harm. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They have a terrible reputation in the finance world and deserve it!
This company was brewed from the pits of...if there was a negative star review this would defiantly be my option. These non moral individuals put on a good act as if they want to help your business and in all reality they just want to drain you dry. This in one the WORST decision I have ever made. I don't know how these individuals sleep at night. If you are ever searching for working capital to HELP your business DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT consider Pearl Capital by any means. Contact your local bank, credit union who ever you can take out a business loan with; your out come will be much better. I pray that all the heartache they have caused to MANY other business owners they reap the same hurt. They think they are gods but I am going to watch my God work all this in my favor and everyone that has been hurt by these non moral individuals. Everything they touch moving forward will crumble before their greedy little eyes.
If you want your entire life ruined go to these guys. They don’t care if you have kids, a home, or wind up dead. Please please do not go by the good reviews. This company has caused nothing but problems
This is the worst lender ever to deal with . Pearl Capital is full of sharks . They act like they have your back. Files a UCC on my company and I never defaulted once . I wouldn’t take their money if they gave it to me and Devon is the worst to ever deal with
Do not do business with this company. The customer service is horrible, the terms of the loans are ridiculous they will never work with you on payment schedule or plans.
I am completing my third deal with them. I will tell you the customer service I received throughout was very good until I turned down a fourth offer due to high repayment. I understood until we developed a great relationship the rates would be very high and I was ok with that to get the funding I needed. As I built up I began to shop the numbers to keep Pearl honest and the numbers just didn't make sense for another deal for me. Understand Pearl hides nothing from you and you as the consumer have the option to purchase or not. Don't blame Pearl for the rates. They are working with higher risk clients such as myself and giving you funding to run your business. If I did not have a better option I would use them again and again.
They are absolute scamers and time wasters...be very careful about the contracts you want to e-sign
I used Pearl for bridge financing. They delivered exactly as promised, and were easy to work with. Tawuanna is fantastic in customer service - I requested a payoff letter from her and it was in my inbox before the call was finished. Rates are typical for these types of merchant advances. I'd use Pearl again.
My company works directly with Pearl, and I have to say Nissim and Brian are both professional and knowledgeable. They work fast and provide updates on all their deals, and I've definitely grown to appreciate their service. If you're an ISO and don't have Pearl, then it's time to sign up! If you're a business owner and looking to apply for funding, and understand how this industry works, then you can't go wrong with giving Pearl a chance to show what they can do to help grow your business.
