Pearl Nails 'n Spa

My 9 year old could have done a better job than what I received today. My nails are a mess. They are uneven, rough on the ends, color all on my skin and stuck to the skin under my nails. I asked for hot pink because nothing was labeled for dip vs gel and got coral. It's definitely not pink. Not to mention the girl doing them never spoke and only talked to the other worker beside her in their language. Not sure what's happened here but this place did not used to be like this. Day 2 update: nails have already started to flake off.

My first time visiting this salon and I was greeted when I walked through the door and quickly helped… Ryan was my nail tech and did exactly what I wanted. My nails were shaped perfectly and evenly. The price was as it should be. The staff was friendly.. I walked out feeling great… Ryan did a great job and was an absolute pleasure to visit with. I enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

Went yesterday to get my nails done, the girl that did it was extremely rude & did my nails terribly. They are so thick & none of them are the same shape, I gave them the opportunity to fix it but they decided to be rude once again & make me wait 30 minutes to even speak to me while giving dirty looks. I’m breastfeeding and can’t sit around for hours especially when they don’t try to accommodate to a breastfeeding mom. On top of it all I came in with a picture of the nails & design I wanted and when I asked her if she was going to do it she said no. This has always been my favorite nail salon but I won’t be going back. I would recommend clear nails off taylorsville road if you are looking for a place.Service: Acrylic nails

Cindy did my nails and she was amazing!! me and two other friends came in without an appointment, and only waited like 15 minutes. she did an incredible job on my nails, and for a really affordable price too!Services: Acrylic nails

I have been getting my mani & pedis here for about 5 years now. Everyone is always so nice & helpful if I'm stuck on a color choice. I will never go anywhere else!Services: Nail painting

This is by far the worst manicure I have ever had in my life. She didn’t trim my cuticles on either the pedicure or the manicure. My dip manicure is so thick that my fingers are not functional and look like large bubbles. They are not filed properly, and have multiple sharp points. Not one nail looks like it is the same shape as any of the other nails. And not a single nail is the round shape that I requested. I will now be going to another shop to have this redone immediately following the visit. Do not recommendServices: Manicure

I spoke too soon on my first time in. Went in again and the lady that did my dip was rude, and my nails are bumpy and not smooth. Less than a week in, and the dip is already coming away from my nail bed. $40 down the drain. Wish I got her name. But I didnt. But I will still stand by my first review in saying Ryan was amazing my first trip in. But not sure about coming back now. Services: Nail painting

I am rarely able to treat myself in general, even if it’s a quick pedicure…. But I look forward to getting a pedi for the relaxation, time to myself, and being someone whose constantly up on their feet, I mainly get a pedi for the massage itself… unfortunately today, I did not get that. She would occasionally “rub” my inner feet for 2 seconds, maybe 2-3 times total the most. My legs basically just got the scrub and lotion soaked in without the massage as well but I was really disappointed in this experience. Also didn’t get the scrub with the bar like I’m supposed to… she put it over my feet around once, barely getting anything off and could barely even feel it…. First few times I went to this place, each experience was great and worth every penny…. But 3 times I’ve been, I had a rude lady twice, and then today didn’t get what I wanted and needed which is what I am used to getting and paying for.Service: Pedicure

What can I say!! Pearl's Nails and Spa is the greatest!! I have no complaints and if I did they fix them immediately! No One can ever say they had a problem there because they are willing to take their medicine!!I love them, they pay attention to detail, they are artistic, and they are reasonable for the price of today!! I am on a strict budget but they are well worth that time and money! In fact, my wonderful Nail Tech Kelly can do anything even if you bring her a picture! I love her! She is very sweet and professional! She is one of my joys every month and can't wait to see her on my monthly trip!!
