I was moving out of town and wanted to get my warranty replacement lenses. They told me they would send them in the mail so they could wait until the last minute. Now it has been 2 months and no warrantied lenses have been received. This is terrible service. This all could have been avoided from the beginning if you just warrantied out my lenses when I asked in person. They also apparently sent them with insufficient postage the first time. Im still waiting.......
I had RLE surgery and my prescription Sunglasses were useless until I found this store. They replaced the lens in a very timely manner and I am enjoying my summer in my old frames. Nice people and great service.
Worst service ever. I went in to get contacts first time never wore them beforeand they ordered different types for me to try out. Never received a call for fitting. I called them and was told there was no assistant so she couldn’t do any fittings. When she got an assistant still no call. This was back in July or so and to date nothing from her. Now I have to start over and wait again for them to order samples. Such a waste of my time!
What a great place to buy glasses! I ordered new lenses for my frames, the lenses came in the wrong size, not the fault of pearl street. They ordered the lenses and the frames together to make sure they fit and only charged me for the lenses. traded me for the frames I had. Such a great experience!
Stopped by on drive over the pass. What a lovely place. Staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Very cool, friendly vibe. Great glasses, and my wife bought some LipSense after a very educational demonstration.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Rachel is great at helping me pick styles that will look good on me, saving me a lot of time. And the follow up service is fantastic.

Charged $20 for fitting glasses/adjusting a nosepiece. Will not be patronizing this business again.
