Don't listen to all those one star reviews. Like most have said Ive been coming here since I was a child and never had a single bad experience in over 30 years through COVID and everything. The exams were always better than anywhere else I have ever been and the visit was always pleasant. Thank you for your years of dedicated service to our community.

While it may take some time to get my glasses, I am updated regularly and the explanations are always thorough. The Dr., Fantacoba is very good and the staff are always professional.

The worst place ever !! I tired coming here out of convenience, but will drive to another location further away just to avoid this place altogether. The technicians are rude and condescending, the office is filthy dirty, and the wait times are atrocious. I’d rather walk around not being able to see than get my glasses filled here! STAY AWAY!!!!

Been trying to order my son glasses for 4 months all systems are down they can’t order anything. Now I have to go somewhere else after waiting 4months for a pair of glasses. They should have told me this from the beginning.

Stay away from this place! Had my glasses for 5 weeks, I was told 3 weeks to finish repairing my glasses. They appear to have reduced their hours and it appears they may close. The same problem with Center City. I called and they had my glasses the next day, not a professional way to run a business. Be careful!

I’ve been here twice and had a great experience both times. The doctor and the staff are very friendly, appointments run on time, and exams are thorough and efficient.

I’ve been going to Pearle Vision off and on for 30 years. As times and staff have changed, the kindness and efforts of staff have not. I must say, Mrs Devito is the most sincere person you could ever meet. She helped me when I was younger and now helps my daughter and I. I highly recommend this establishment and it’s staff. Ty!

I have been a customer at this location for 25 years, and never experienced any problems until now!! Why is it taking, so far, two months to get my glasses??? My appointment was in October 2021. It is now December 18, and I still have not received my glasses, or an update phone call from this place. I called two times for information. The first call was answered by a very rude, curt rep with no explanation for the delay...."We'll call you when they come in!!" The second call, was referred to "Robin", who says that there was a mistake made with the processing of the prescription and my glasses had to be sent back out. I did not purchase the frames this time, but used frames I purchased there years before. That call was made three weeks ago. This is beyond unprofessional for a medical business like this, dealing with a persons's eyesight. I would recommend Dr. Fonticoba who is very good. But I would not recommend any framework from this location. The experience is very questionable by far. They took my frames expensive, insurance money and the difference in cash, paid in full, but still.....no glasses and no phone call. I would rate this experience a "000".

I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Fonticoba explained everything during the exam, and answered all my questions. I also felt very safe during the experience in the exam and with the staff. They took my insurance and made it easy. Just picked up my glasses, and I am really happy. Highly recommend!
