Pearson Professional Center

Have not taken a test yet. I needed to reschedule but I was denied the ability. I called the test center but my call was not answered so I left a voice mail. When I called the 800 number the next day I was told I was too late. There was nothing in my email confirmation stating that I had to call the 800 number. The agents on the telephone are like robots, and repeat their script. It seems the only way out of this is with a death certificate. This is the only state approved test center for this subject. I am out $110 now. I am not happy to say the least.
