The employees were really nice, but the process of getting into the room and out was very long and made me lose most of my break (25 minute break). The room had a strong noise from the AC the was not fun. Everything was very clean, the employees were nice and kind!

Main sign in lady was very nice. Test proctor was rude and inconsiderate to me and my wife and made us feel very uncomfortable to be there to the point my wife no longer even wanted to take her test there.
