One of the staff there was rude. My friend also had the same experience too.
Difficult to get into and you can't use the elevators unless you have a fob. Good thing one of the people that worked on a different floor helped me. And you have to pay for parking. Overall the facility is clean.
Disgusting customer service at the corporate level. Simple email - 5 days to get a meaningless response. > 10 hours cumulative phone wait time.
Parking is expensive. They provide ear phones/headsets and disposable cloth coverings. Be ware, it is Very Cold, so wear long sleeves and pants.

Nice, accommodating staff. Parking can be difficult, and there can be a long wait, so be sure to come early.
