The wait time is long, even when I schedule an appointment ahead of time. However, the staff is friendly.

You shouldn’t have to wait for hours just to get seen by your doctors. I’d understand if I only had to wait 20, even 30 minutes, but over an hour is unreasonable.

They draw blood every single time you bring your child in...unless it's a well visit. What a way to make your kid grow up hating doctors and never wanting to go to one even if they are ill. It's a great way to ensure that people die of something preventable.

Our children's clinic for 12 years in the beginning great service and friendly staff. Now it seems poorly ran management you are going to need to clear your entire day for a scheduled appointment. How is that an appointment last 2 almost 3 hours long?Something needs to change.

real bad service ..the only reason there busy is bc they accept medicare ..slow and there appointments are not accurate
