Dr. Ben and his team are phenomenal and took such great care of my son. He is only 3 and they are so kind and comforting. Jen helped me through my son needing oral surgery and made it much easier. Dr Luke is so thorough and was very informative of the anesthesia my son would be receiving. He made this process much easier. I highly recommend this dental office for all dental needs! We love Pediatric Dental Specialists! When you first walk in you're greeted with welcoming staff and a beautiful waiting area both entertaining to kids and adults. Dr Ben and his assistant Marie take such wonderful care of us! My babies were a little nervous so they took them step by step what they're doing and what tool they are using to make all of that go away! They have a wonderful area in the back for the children to lay back and watch a movie of their choice in the ceiling and just relax! My 6year old had to have an extraction and Dr. Ben had EVERYTHING under control including my sons fear, my 3year old was over the moon with the cleaning that he got and getting to leave with a special surprise at the end made it all worth it! They make all of the payments easy and understandable for you and they help you setup for the next appointment easily on the way out.

I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to bring my children here! They feel comfortable and welcome. The staff are amazing, helpful and so friendly. Dr Ben has been awesome with my kids and they really like him. I've been a mother for 24 years and I can honestly say that this is the first dentist office I've ever brought my children to that I absolutely have zero complaints about. Everything is done fast, appointments are easy to make and every appointment has been handled with care and precision.... from teeth cleaning to oral surgery. Dr. Ben... you and your team are the best! Thank you for all that you guys do!

The staff here is BEYOND wonderful. Dr. Frannie is so kind and sweet to my son, making a sometimes intimidating experience much more tolerable. She is thorough in her explanations of treatment plans and touched base multiple times throughout the process to treatment. Jen in the office went as far as to calculate a cost estimate when my insurance was unable to provide one and checked in with me multiple times leading up to my son’s procedure to make sure I had what I needed and my questions were answered. Dr. Luke, the anesthesiologist, was also incredible. He proactively called the day before to address any concerns, personally carried my son out from the procedure to recovery, and followed up via text after we’d gone home to check-in. I cannot say enough great things about this practice, HIGHLY recommend!

10/10, best experience ever at a dentist. The staff had my son laughing and smiling ear to ear. You can tell the staff and doctor truly enjoy working with kids and love what they do. Thank you for making my son so happy!

We transferred here after visiting another local pediatric dentist office and being pretty underwhelmed. We are so happy we didn't settle for the first spot, because this staff and office are so great! It's clear they consider the kids' needs in every detail: the staging of the office, the interactions w staff from receptionist to hygienist to dentist and techs, and the way they handle their appointments. Highly recommend!

Our kids LOVE it here! Eleanor is usually very anxious but she felt comfortable enough to ask to come back! One of our other kids had a pretty severe cavity and the staff was absolutely amazing and supportive in helping us navigate our options and make sure we had all the information we need.

My younger daughter had dental surgery, since the beginning they were very helpful. My daughter felt comfortable with Dr. Frannie. When it comes to financial help, Jen the Surgery Coordinator is the person to go to. They will answer all your questions with no hesitation.

Dr. Ben and the staff are very nice a caring for my boys they take their time and always make us feel welcomed! My son really likes coming in to see Dr. Ben and says he's the only dentist he trusts which makes me feel happy! Definitely recommend bringing your children here!

PDS of Omaha is an amazing place and you immediately feel the welcoming atmosphere right when walking in. All of the staff are very friendly and do a great job of being outgoing and connecting with the patients to help make them feel comfortable with getting their dental care. Everyone is extremely professional and they offer the best honest advice and recommendations on your dental health care, the office is always clean and very spacious, Dr Ben and Frannie are excellent at what they do, and I strongly recommend any parent to bring their childs here to know they are in good and safe hands.
