The neurologist department needs to do better because my daughter has not seen her neurologist in over a year . She’s also been hospitalized and her doctor didn’t come see her. They keep making her see her PAs she has seen another doctor one or twice . My daughter has to do lab work and I’ve been having a few questions to ask the doctor but they keep rescheduling us because of something on their end! we live 30 minutes away so it’s not easy for us to jump back in our car and go home or nor can I clock back in to work because we’ve canceled and called in to make it to her appointments ! Their excuse is the doctor is booked up till February, my daughter been seeing her since she was a baby , my daughter is now 5! If she doesn’t have time for her present patients she doesn’t need to see new patients! Not fair for the ones who have been coming to her! So if you’re like me and actually like to see your kids doctor and not a PA or a different doctor all the time , I advise you to go somewhere else ! They are obviously too busy here for their patients!
Since moving to OK in 2020 we have been looking for a Dr for our kids. We have had some mediocre to bad experiences since then, but today, today we finally found it! We found an office full of nurses and Drs that are kind and care. Wow what a wonderful experience, it feels like a breath of fresh air, definitely a weight off my shoulders. Thank you to Dr. Albiek and his whole team! - A very happy mom
We had a great visit today! The front staff was nice and addressed us promptly. Dr. Garabelli and her nurse were both very kind. They both took the time to actually listen and answer my questions and both my children's questions! We will continue to drive from Mustang to visit this office!
So far it has been nice and pleasant. Getting our newborns PKU redone was a nightmare but it was the health department, this office, and the hospital he was born at pushing off the responsibility altogether. Not specifically an issue with this office. If you have to get it redone I suggest setting it up with the health department. Otherwise you need doctors orders even with the paperwork from the health department.
We love seeing the nurse practitioner, Tara Henderson! She always takes her time with us, answers all of our questions, and is so great with my toddler. Her nurse Alondra is very sweet as well.
Some of these bad reviews are insanely stupid. If you want excellent, professional healthcare for your child, you shouldn't mind if you happen to catch a receptionist not having the greatest morning. And if you can't be bothered to wear a mask into a children's medical clinic, and leave a bad review because you were asked to do so, you are an embarrassment to American society. This place is top-notch as far as professionalism and expertise goes. Dr. Albiek is extremely good and knowledgeable and I am very happy we selected this place for our baby.
We saw "Dr. Tara Lynd Henderson? Lies ,lies and more lies, brought my newborn child here very bad experience so far, we will see the outcome. Pending
Don’t waste your time here. We saw Dr. Moore for our new born. He didn’t even introduce himself to us. Asked us right of the bat if we were on WIC for some reason. His advice on my son’s health was sort of helpful. The way he went about it was very horrible. Go to Dr. Brad Burget if you want a good Pediatrician. There office is a messy affair. Maybe he’s only interested in treating who look like himThe whole place ain’t worth it.
Came in for my newborns one month appointment and was immediately mom shamed for “over feeding” my baby. I was told my baby is overweight, that she has never heard of a one month old drinking as much as my baby does, keep in mind she was almost 10 pounds at birth. Dr. Reddi is unfortunately unfriendly, judgmental and not understanding of first time moms. I would pass on this place if you have sooner care, unless you want to be scolded and made felt like a horrible mother, & have a pediatrician who has incompetent rapport skills. Lady didn’t even introduce herself or attempt to make a good impression, should have noticed that first red flag. Her nurse was very kind though, she herself is pregnant and I have nothing but good comments for her.
Our doctor is Dr. Albeik and he is great with my boys and also with me the occasional anxious mom. His nurse is kind and engaging, making shots appointments way less stressful. Appreciate the entire office and their kindness and assistance, especially when I need a visit for a sick kiddo. Love this place!
