Dr. Boone was great. Very kid friendly !! Answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. I could go on and on about him. However, the front office lady didn’t greet us, didn’t even look at us to smile. Nothing!
The doctors are great, billing staff are great! The front desk woman is rude, condescending, and entitled. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to ask her questions about scheduling our next appointment.
Front desk is always rude and don’t except to be seen any earlier than one hour after your appointment time. But Dr McDowell is wonderful
The doctor was friendly, helpful, and great with my baby boy :- The billing staff are the best I've encountered. Everyone is courteous and professional.
