We have been coming to Pediatric Partners for 14 years. Office staff is always helpful and friendly. Our pediatrician is Dr. Sage and she is thorough and attentive to our issues. Hours of operation are convenient and include evenings and weekend appointments. I am able to contact a provider through the patient portal and always have a quick response. Overall, a well run practice both administratively and medically.
My daughter has been going to this doctors office since she was a newborn and she’s now 6! Let me just say Dr. Sage is absolutely amazing! EVERY single encounter has been nothing less then pleasant, professional, and welcoming. She’s takes her time with my baby and ensure any questions that we have are answered. Every single person at this pediatric office is always pleasant down to the nurses at the triage station! Granted there have been a few bumps in the road, but we’re human and everyday isn’t always our best! The front desk staff are always super helpful and caring! They put up with me and my mess as a mother lol, but despite that they get the job done. These ladies work extremely hard and are appreciated for there hard work and being available when needed when we call. Thank you to everyone at the Pediatric Partners office you are truly appreciated and thanks for loving and caring for my baby girl!
Attended a appointment for my two boys at Pediatric Partner's Towson location, and I was thoroughly impressed by the patience and customer service from all staff, especially Erin & Brooke, at the front desk. The facility is clean, organized and friendly to children with Autism. There was little to no wait time before were started the process to be seen by a doctor. My children were serviced by Dez and Dr. Justine Rhue, and their examinations were thorough and efficient. Dr. Rhue and Dez are both great listeners, patient and kind. I would recommend this facility to any parent in the area.
Dr. Decker is wonderful. She pays attention, she’s very responsive, and I love that she’s easy to reach through messages. The office staff is kind and helpful, even when they’re busy they’re always friendly. The nurses are patient and skilled with wrangling little ones.
This office used to be a good choice for me and my family. Recently the customer service has been horrible. You call to make an appointment or leave a message for the doctor and you get nothing but attitude. My child was constantly being shuffled by doctors and when concerns were raised about his health they were always looked over or shrugged off for being his age. I wouldn't recommend this office anymore to anyone new looking for a pediatrician, the practice has really gone down hill.
You can tell a lot about a practice by how their staff treat and engage each other, as well as patients. Although, obviously how patients New and Old are of priority, I have witnessed and observed how staff have not only treated patients but how staff treat each other! To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. You can see, hear and feel the frustration and tension amongst them as soon as you come in! The staff members with obvious seniority treat the newer staff poorly. I will never bring my child to this place again! I believe in treating others with respect, and that includes coworkers! Perhaps the senior staff and management should take a course or five in respect, and professionalism! TREAT YOUR STAFF AND PATIENTS BETTER!
I have been taking my child to Dr. Sage for 3 years. I absolutely loved her but unfortunately we had to change insurances. I contacted to try and get my daughters records faxed to her new primary care physician and they charged me for the transfer even though the transfer was out of my control. I have never been charged for records ever before from any other office. This was a HUGE disappointment and parents should be notified BEFORE choosing this doctor that records, no matter the reason, will be charged for. A little shady in my opinion and not very helpful to a parent that already has to switch docs. Dr. Sage we love you and wish you well!
Dr. Mike is fantastic! He has been our doctor since both my kids were born ages 4 and 1. He is very good with the kids and will always follow up quickly if I leave him a message or call with a concern. I would highly recommend him to any parent. The office is very busy and you often wait past your appointment time but that is true with most Doctor's offices, so no big deal there. The ladies at the front are really nice too!
Our daughter has been a patient since the day she was born, the Doctors are nice and have always been very attentive, but that is where it ends. The office staff including the office manager are rude, unprofessional and overall not very nice. Its a shame, they treat you as if its inconvenient for them. As much as we liked the Dr's, I WOULD NOT recommend this place. Stay away and save yourself all of the aggravating confrontations you will have with them.
We have been going here since my first child was born almost 8 years ago. Now both my kids see Dr. Sage and she is amazing. The staff has always been so friendly and amazing with everything. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is just awesome with both my kids.
