Lacking good customer service. Rude staff and would not answer a quick question regarding snowboard equipment. Lady flat out said no won’t help you

Extremely rude lady at the front. Not interested in helping out at all unless you sound like you are ready to spend hundreds of dollars.
Informative, educated staff provided detailed diagnoses on my snowboard and gear. Timely and prompt service on pickup / drop off. Moderate to premium pricing is my only qualm! Free parking included off street is extremely convenient.

Brought some tennis racquets here to be brought back to life. The tech is great! Laid back vibe that caters to all levels of play. Looking forward to see how they do on the skis. Edit: years later the skis still go like a champ.
Excellent advice, friendly staff. Better than in some ski resorts. Also, their selection is better than at e.g. REI as they don’t rely on web distribution. Prices are competitive I’ve found. I bought ski boots - something that has to be tried on.
