I didn't know about this hidden gem. I started coming here in late November 2022. The food is delicious. The main reason i keep coming back is the kindness of your cashier Yasmin. She is a hard worker and is very kind to all of your guests. I will continue to come. Thank you Yasmin for treating my family with such respect. You are the best!
The food took forever. It was swimming in the sauces. The egg noodles look like they were from the bottom of a bag. When we did get the food we had asked for some hot mustard and chili oil and he never returned with it. Just awful.
Would give them zero stars if possible. We used to love Pei Weis but this was the worst food we have had in a long time. They served dry noodles and rice with no flavor. The main dishes were absolutely disgusting. The chili sauce on the shrimp was so thick and sweet that you couldn't eat it. What a waste of our money. What happened to the food we used to love?
This is for the 10420 Coors Bypass location My husband and I ordered take out tonight. All I can say is this was the worst food ever. I don't know what has happened to this place. We ordered from there because it had been a long time since we had tried them and thought maybe they had gotten better. Well, they have gotten worse. $35 for slop I wouldn't even feed a pig. The spring rolls were cold as ice in the middle, the crab wontons were extremely undercooked and the Pei Wei Original was awful. The rice was underneath the shrimp and floating in sauce. It was a soup. Literally soup. We will never, ever go back. I don't see how you can continue to stay open. Your lack of care for your products is obvious. Have some pride. You have lost not just us as a customer but we will tell everyone we know not to eat there. Sorry but this is on you.
We love the gluten free from Pei Wei!! So yummy and with all their great email promotions it is a good deal too! I enjoy the peiwei original chicken, can be a bit spicy but usually it's just right. Wish they would bring back the gluten free sweet and sour chicken though!! Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free options!!!
So Mongolian beef was one of my favorite dishes from there. The only issue is consistency. Sometimes it was great. Sometimes it was not that great. Apparently someone at headquarters decided that a reduction in business was because the price it’s not it’s because of consistency would I pay more for Mongolian beef if it’s prepared, right, yes easily 50% more so now they brought in a chef and come up with new dishes that are more affordable. They put disgusting carrots in their fried rice. Thank you for ruining one of my favorite restaurants. You don’t understand your niche in the restaurant business, you’re higher end, quit trying to be bargain.
Food wasn’t the best. Two cooks were professional in their uniform doing their job, then you have this other guy wearing a hoodie with a hat backwards. He was constantly touching his phone then goes to fix food without washing his hands…. In his late teens or early 20s super loud and obnoxious. Cross contamination isn’t good.
I ordered kung pao only because of the peanuts and the fact it’s always spicy not this time. No peanuts and no chili flakes or spicy added at all. Very bland. Steak was good that’s about it. Plate full of carrots and peas but not what I want. I spoke with a manager she came up with excuses but didn’t bother to exchange or credit.
Placed the order online and never got my food now speaking with nick the manager and he is wanting us to pay for the order AGAIN? We never got our food! How am I going to pay for 130 dollars for a meal ? This is ridiculous! Worst Customer service I have ever received!
We came to Pei Wei expecting the same great service we usually get, but that wasn’t the case. Almost all of the tables were dirty with dishes and food. The guy who took our order gave my wife attitude while we were ordering and I watched as he later went behind the kitchen door and could see him wrestling around with another guy through the doors window. Very unprofessional. If I wanted a fast food experience I would have gone to McDonald’s. This was all around 7:30pm.
