My experiences at the Lawrence,Ks store have been great. Reta is always very helpful and pleasant to work with. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the orders are correct. She is very helpful when parts are needed and can almost always find what I’m looking for. I would recommend this store to others.

I am so enjoying my Pella windows. I love the blind inserts and also that they are so easy to clean. But the best part of my experience was working with Reta Foley to get the process started and completed. She is amazing with customer service and is a wonderful representative for your company.

Had a new patio door installed in January and everything went smoothly and efficiently. Very conscientious installation crew. I noticed a minor construction detail on the jam over the weekend. Reta Foley in the Lawrence showroom cheerfully arranged to have my concern corrected.
