Penbrooke Place Apartments

The Painted Ladies had a great time working for the Penbrooke staff and residents. They were all very welcoming and easy to work with. It's evident they take pride in taking care of their apartment complex. Highly recommended

Friendly staff whom were helpfull and kind. Great location. Nice spacious apartments. And you cant beat that they are also pet friendly.

Penbrooke is a very nice and clean apartment to live at. Management is excellent, very respectful and responsive.

Great place for one to start getting on their feet. The staff is typically pretty helpful when you have questions concerning anything at all. The maintenance staff is quick on their feet. Garages are a little small for my tasting and might need a bit more lighting. All and all not bad.

So far I’ve been very happy with my experience at penbrook apartments! When I had an issue they were quick to address it, and the staff is always happy to help! The cost of living is affordable, and I love having a fireplace.
