If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not have good customer service and after they "fixed" pieces in my car it broke down immediately and the pieces were junk. I called them to have them look at it again. They told me it would cost more money because it was a different piece. It was not a different piece, it was the same one that they "fixed". I then had to take it to Indy lube right down the road and have them fix it again. What should have been only a couple hundred dollars was almost a thousand due to having a different company work on it, since pence wouldn't back their work. Ever since indy Lube fixed it I haven't had any problems and that been about 8 months ago. I will never take anything back to Pence and I will make sure everyone knows not to use them. Have had many bad experiences with Pence and they will not stand behind their work.

Honest and great prices. We will make your car right and treat you with respect. We love or customers and enjoy or work environment. We try to keep our prices low and quality high. Without customers like you. We wouldn't be here... Thanks again and come see us first. Rember... It was broke when you brought it to us so we going to fix it...

Good auto repair shop. Honest people and reasonable pricing. They located a wiring issue and repaired it for a very reasonable price. The "dealer" wasn't even willing to try and find the issue. I highly recommend this local repair shop.

Dropped my car off to have a thermostat replaced. Had my car done in about 3 hours. Brought my other vehicle there for other service afterwards. Reasonable price and great customer service!

Called for a price ballpark, nothing fancy, about a 20 second conversation. Asked if any slot was available for me to perhaps get in to on that day and was, very literally, laughed at. And in a very condescending tone of voice told that it couldn't be done until In his words "around Thursday, maybe". So my logical follow up was whether or not there were any technicians in the area that he might know who did the same services, that might have an opening, he again chuckled and gives me 2 options, one of which I had already called and did not perform said service. Long story short, I won't be spending any money with this place... I would have gladly waited until Thursday had this 'gentleman' established a connection with his customer.

Went to get an alignment and brakes replaced. Got the brakes replaced but ever since I got the car the alignment problem has not been fixed. Payed 300+ for nothing really
