0 Stars if i could, spent 3 hours trying to call them never answered, sent an email to set up a tour everything was fine, then when it was time they were out on lunch, we waited when they came back they said we cant tour, a group of incompetent people that has no experience and just told me stuff i found online myself

My car was parked in the future residents visiting spot and was ROBBED while I was there. Literally. STAY AWAY. There is nothing else to say....

Really love this community! Great amenities, great staff so kind and helpful, and awesome retail. I have seen so many positive changes since this new property manager joined a month or two ago. Would recommend this property to anyone I know and have!

Nice place to live. Its also where RoboCop was once filmed in Atlanta.

I thought moving in during covid might make the transition tough but this place has been so accommodating!! Love having restaurants so close too. So excited to make this place my home :

Love living at Pencil! Retail stores on the ground level make life so much easier. Breakfast at Barneys is my favorite!
