High fives to the crew at Penco! I just purchased a new dirt bike and this wasn't my first time doing business with them. When I considered the purchase, I did explore another brand across the street. The service that Gary and Caleb provided was more than enough to make my decision to go with Penco, simple. Gary and one of the owners, Kirk, went above and beyond to address any concerns that I had. They also made it very clear that they appreciate my business and wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. I will be buying from Gary again and highly recommend Penco. Also, Bart back in parts has always been fantastic to work with. Great job guys!

Highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond to help. Brought my Walker mower in and they squeezed me in and got it fixed so I could get back to work. No other place would care like they do. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thanks guys.

Discovered my tire was down to the metal threads on a weekend trip. These guys stayed open late on a Saturday just so I could get my tire replaced before my long trip back to Canada. Friendly, professional and exceptional service. Saved my vacation!

I love this store but definitely don’t trust them with my bike. The ‘mechanics’ don’t seem to know what they’re doing, they certainly need to do some more learning! My 250sxf seized, so it needed a new top end. I took it there, it costed approx. $2600USD to replace it. I also asked them to fix the starting problem on it (as it was sometimes hard to start), they didn’t do that. I put approx 40hrs on the new top end, but they messed up putting it in, resulting in no compression in the motor. Ended up taking it to a Yamaha store and they found all the issues, including the starting issue and some other computer problems. It cost me another $1300 to fix Penco’s mistake. I would not recommend taking your ATV to this place. ‘Mechanics’ should stick to the easier stuff, like changing oil or cleaning air filters. I definitely would not trust them with anything else.
