My sister and me visit this magical store at the Marais every time we are in Paris. When you step into the store- you enter a new space of smell and senses! And the best experience of all is the smart and kind man that helps us find new smells every time we visit! He is so passionate about the smells and so knowledgeable! He know what we need better then we do! And his kindness makes the experience the BEST we had in Paris! Thank you SO much! We cant wait for our next visit!

Absolutely Delightful! I typically do not wear perfume, but wanted to change that. Elodie and Geoffrey were so helpful & such a pleasure! They showed me so many fragrances; all of which they were extremely knowledgeable. I bought Luna for myself and Endymion for my husband. They bottles are like little pieces of art and Paris to me! What I really loved best though is that not only did I buy beautiful scents; I bought an experience and a wonderful memory. A million thank yous!

I first visited this store in Le Marais in 2019 and sampled a wonderful scent but did not buy it. Fast forward three years and I decided to right that wrong and while I could not remember the name of the perfume I'd previously fallen in love with the amazing sales associate was able to pick it out on the first try when I told him the same scent preference I mentioned three years prior. Such great service that had me smiling and smelling so good! for the rest of the day!

I had an amazing experience at this store thanks to Geoffrey!! What a breath of fresh air. There were a number of customers but he still made sure i was taken care of checking in with me often. I was also undecided on what scents I wanted and he took the time to go through various profiles for me and testing as we went. I ended up with two amazing scents. Thank you Geoffrey!!

As always, a pleasant experience to shop in Penhaligon's. The top quality service, knowledge and presentation I'd expect from such a luxury brand. The staff were welcoming, friendly and multilingual so communication in English wasn't an issue at all. You get to experience the different scents and hopefully find one for you. They also sell a 'sample library' of their top scents to try a few either to keep mixing them up or to find your signature before committing to the larger bottles. The prices are in a high bracket for off the shelf perfume, but oh so worth it! You can smell the difference and the back story branding to each perfume gives it a little twist. The bottles also look like ornaments. Easy to find in the beautiful shopping area.

I had been looking for my signature perfume all week whilst in Paris when i stumbled upon this store. The employees were very pleasant, knowlegable and friendly. They helped me pick out a lovely perfume which had an extremely unique and original sent. I am very happy with my engraved perfume, a great souvenir of my time in Paris. -Katie

This was THE best experience walking into this magical little store! We were met by two of the sweetest individuals, Miss Elodie and her co-worker Geoffrey who were incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful making all our scent dreams come true! We walked out with three intoxicating perfumes and prob could have bought the entire store! Choosing was hard but that’s a good problem to have! We will definitely pay them another visit on our next Paris trip!

Found Penhaligons in Paris by chance, got inside and been immediately fascinated by the fragrances which never disappoint and the passion, the patience and the knowledge of Geoffrey who guided us to find our perfect match! I strongly recommend the brand and if you really are looking for a special treat to yourself ask Geoffrey's help!
