PENNDOT is now well serving to the community. Everyone who works there was polite and kind. Their services were quick and I didn’t wait too long. Price for renewal drive license was $30.50 and now they are taking credit as a payment option which is really comfortable than filling out check.

Extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. Entire staff was just worried bout going home rather than doing their jobs . Continuing looking out the doors at the line rather than helping the next person.

I was able to get my license renew in leas than 20 minutes on a Wednesday mid day. Clean facility and helpful people

Went here for my ID and was out within 30 mins. Great service.

I was there today to renew my license, they are super friendly and they are doing a great job with the CDC protocols

FYI neshaminy DMV takes debit/ credit cards... don't know about other places. Make sure you have everything you need and all info is current. Come one hour prior to opening. So you can have a good spot but l8ne seems to move .

The part of social distancing to prevent COVID19. In bad weather season standing outside to long waiting in line. It is a very difficult thing especially for the older peoples . PENDOT have to bring some other solution for this.....
