Penn Station East Coast Subs

Had a great pit stop here on the way to Chicago. Staff very friendly and even knew some customer’s names. Food matched the typical Penn Station taste. Would recommend!

This is a popular lunch place! The sub here is always hot and juicy. They have also always gotten our order correct! It does get pretty crowded and they look like they could use maybe one more staff person. It is worth the wait to have something different, hot, and fresh.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have secret shopped this store 3 - 5 times randomly and every time the crew has been trend setters for customer service, excellence in quality and more. Quite honestly, this store completely would completely embarrass about 95% of stores in similar markets. I've even tried being a little snoody once, and they handled my approach masterfully. Need more stores like this.

Just stopped here to get a quick bite while we were traveling. After waiting in line for a bit, we finally got to the front. While I appreciate the hard work the young girl was doing to take orders on the computer, start the order on the grill and try to keep the line moving, she cross contaminated so many raw meats right in front of us, that we walked out. She would start two or three different chicken orders with two spatulas, move another sandwich order down the grill, use the same spatulas to place another order on bread, then place raw red meat on the grill with the same spatulas, etc. This continued to happen the entire time we watched her before we realized every one in that place was going to be ill. Needless to say, we walked out.

I really love this restaurant. they have great sandwiches great service and a very clean dining environment. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to have lunch and
