Penn Station East Coast Subs

Don't bother eating inside. I waited 20 mins.for a sub. Door Dash was more important. Sub was good though pricey.

I prefer to eat it Dine-in, and they do have that option, but took it to go today. Still good!! Best Cheese Steak in town. Spent some time near Philly, PS is better! May be because I had PS first...plus I don't like the idea of Cheese Whiz on my cheese steak

1 star strictly for customer service. One young man was nice but management and others ive encountered have 0 interest in providing a great customer experience. Seems to be a frequent encounter these days... lack of customer service care.

Fry old and terrible very short most were two inches or less not really French fry like that. Very very dry. Steak Sandwich very good taste need to add. More meat very weak on meat for what your paying for

Food not as good as the one on Main . Drab atmosphere so you know what that means off top.? Bad food....Enough said.

Fries were spoiled, sandwiches were bland even with the extreme amount of mustard. Cookies were the only good thing.

Kind of disappointing. The sandwich, an Italian, was good but the fries weren't crisp, very limp and the lemonade tasted watered down, not the usual great drink. Staff was friendly and very professional.

10 minute hold on the phone at 4 pm in the afternoon! At the 5 minute mark they picked up from the recording and put me back on hold before I could say anything. Very frustrating considering I was calling ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait forever. Drove all the way there before they even picked up. And I live the next town over.

S L O WWWWWW..... no hurry in any of these employees.
