Actually think this was my first time getting Penn Station! I'm happy I did try it. I came in with the Pacers BOGO coupon and got 2 subs, both looked great and tasted great.Food: 5/5
This is the best Penn Station I've ever been to. The food was excellent, exactly as we ordered. Fries were crispy, and the sandwich didn't have excess butter. I wish this location was closer to my home.Food: 5/5
Love the fresh cut fries and they offer malt vinegar. It's like fair fries. Amazing! The turkey ranch sub warmed up to perfection. The staff was nice.Food: 5/5
Food was ok.. at best, frirs.. well really just a bunch of crumbs in pieces majority of all the fries were no more than an inch or half an inch just pieces and broken pieces, the chicken teriyaki was small and the bread was hard, for that money I expect better!Food: 3/5
I would give the food 5 stars, except my fries were cold. It is more related to the appalling customer service that I take my precious lunch hour to write this review. I ordered and paid for my food online. When I arrived at the store, there is a line to order and no place to indicate where to pick up online orders. I waited in line. While waiting I saw them set aside an order. After waiting for a very slow cashier to deal with the 3 people in front of me, what I eventually learned was my order was getting cold. I eventually got to the front of the line and was given my order. I asked the gentleman why there is no way to pick up my order without waiting in line, when I should have been able to grab the order and go. He did not address my concern, just said, "I just do what I am told." This is the worst example of customer service an employee can display. I left and am glad that I do not live in the area, because I love the food, but will not ever visit this store again.
I’ve always had great service and great food at this Penn Station! I’ve always been greeted immediately when I walk through the door, the food is hot and fresh! Whether it’s Dine in or Carry out, I’m always excited when it’s Penn Station day!!
Went to location today Carmel Indiana Rangeline Road. For the buy one get one after Pacers win. After waiting in line old guy cashier said I had to have a coupon. I had checked website this morning before driving to location and it did not show any coupon necessary. Manager comes and is very snotty and points to the front of store and says you got to follow the instructions. And walked off. It appears she had zero interest in providing help. We walked in front of store did not see instructions so had to go back and ask again. Then she said go outside. There is a poster on window. It states that by 10:00 a.m. you have to text BOGO to receive a buy one get one free coupon. Sounds like an awful lot to go through to drive to the store only to find out that you need a coupon, and then you can only get the coupon if you have responded before 10:00 a.m.. I feel a lot of people have gone to the store thinking they were going to get an offer that they didn't receive. Additionally, being as I looked at the website and it made no indication of texting a code to any sort of number it would only be possible to find that out by standing in front of the store and looking at the window. Looking at the store hours on the store now, and the store opens at 10:30 a.m. I don't think this is a very good promotion, and we are not eating here. I gave them one star for service, and if I could it would be less. I have no rating for atmosphere or food as we are leaving now front of store shows that the store is managed by August Streater
Customer service was great. Tried chicken teriyaki and it was good.Food: 3/5
We love the sandwiches and especially the French fries. Always fresh and made to order! Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergies.
We had ordered the Cheesesteak sub and the Chicken Teriyaki sub for takeout and they both were not very good. The steak on my sub was dry and cold, and the chicken teriyaki didn’t taste like chicken teriyaki and was also dry and cold. The fries we got were not cooked right either and were soggy and cold. We don’t live far from this location so it wouldn’t have been that cold by the time we got home. Not the best experience for first time customers.
