I’m going into my third year here and I am very happy here. Everyone in my building gets along. The prop manager Robin is really friendly and on top of things and is very helpful with anything that’s needed. I have had very few things I needed fixed. But when I did they got done in a timely manner. It was time for my kitchen to be upgraded and the maintenance man Carl is amazing. Very professional job. I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen. I would recommend moving to pennsbury woods if your looking for a apartment.
Horrible place to live! Roaches, electrical problems, plumbing problems, the inside and outside lights are set on timers that don't match up to the season- so make sure you have your phone flashlight on when you come in between 6-8, no maintenance to speak of- I have left 3 messages a week since February, no answer. Good luck getting ahold of management.
Just want to people that you better be grateful for what you got and stop whining!!! No place is perfect. If you're safe, you're ok. I fell last week and there were neighbors there to help me within 30 seconds. That's where I want to be!
I have lived here for 7.5 years. Pennsbury Woods Apts. have very nice, large apartments for the price. I like that each building has its' own laundry room in the basement, especially during the winter months. The manager, Margaret, is a true professional, who makes sure that any needed repairs are taken care of, quickly. She always keeps the complex running smoothly, along with maintenance. The convenient location to all of the grocery stores, Wawa, the mall, and major highways, is a plus. It has the best school district, one of the best police departments, and some nice neighborsdepending on which apt. Bldg. Mostly quiet and clean! The only issue is the parking. It would help if at least one parking space was assigned to each apartment, and the tenant's second vehicle could park in any open space, along withall visitors. A parking sticker should be given to the one assigned parking space for the tenant, so no one else could park in their assigned space, especially after it snows, and spaces are limited.
They work with you and are wonderful. It’s not top notch apartments but they work for middle class people. Truly amazing people in the office. Nothing but love from me!
It's dirty and sucks dick I would not even pay to have a mouse or a rat to stay there it sucks plus kids there are ignorant and always bully other kids
Just moved here recently and couldn't be happier with my new place. Quite and everyone is friendly.
