Called to make an appt. They asked for my insurance info and I provided the name of my insurance and my ID number. They told me I was all good and set up an appt. Went to my appointment and was told they don't take my insurance. I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed. They could have told me that over the phone and not wasted my time. Poor communication.

Wonderful doctors and great staff. Always take the time to explain procedures and cost. They are also flexible and have taken me on an emergency basis when I had an abrasion on my eye. Great doctors with a sense of humor as well! I highly recommend this practice.
