If I could give half-stars, I'd give Penske 3-1/2. It's a real mixed bag. Service at the fuel island is pretty good. Mechanical service is irregular. Sometimes the job is done right, the first time, sometimes you're left wondering if they hire qualified mechanics. The leasing department does their job well.

The techs were friendly, knoledgable, efficient.
Love this place.
These guys are the best I have been renting from these guys since I left the army back in 2003 and it has been an honor to use them and I will continue to use them. They are the most respectful crew.
