Peek Motor company, the company i work for do a lot of business with Penske all over the US, and have to deal with multiple locations in different states, But i must say that the phoenix location is One of, if not the best we have had the pleasure to deal with, the vehicles are as described and the customer service is Great!,they go above and beyond to make sure your transaction goes smoothly, Mathew ,Erik and Sam Are very professional and attentive, and know exactly what the customer needs to get on the road, They knew we had a long drive to Houston TX and they made sure our units were ready for the road. We will definitely do more business with them in the future.

Matthew Clark help my brother and I get our 3rd truck. He was very helpful and did a great job explaining the options that we have. I would highly recommend buying from Penske. Erik Santillano was also very friendly, he made sure we had water while we waited for Matthew to finish up with another customer. He also reopened the truck for us while we waited.
