I worked for this company back in 2004 and I see they are still bad with paying their staff. I used to cash my check back then and I remember them not accepting any checks from this company payroll as I was told the checks were “bouncing”. I quit after working with this agency after 1 year when my patient was put on hospice. Otherwise I would not advise using or working for this agency.
I have been out of work for 2months now . I call everyday and they put me on hold . I wish I never worked with this agency. I am in the process of joining another agency. They need to do better .
Hello good afternoon I really appreciate the opportunity DAVID gave me for signing up for the classes but the director Susan is very unprofessional and rude ; rosey / rose who ever she is she is very unprofessional walking away from People when they are talking to her . I wish I could’ve worked for this agency but from the experience I had today with the director and the other lady y’all need to do better listening and communication skills it’s very bad and unfortunately I will be reporting them 2 individuals to the department of health .
Stay away from this agency. They do not pay their aides, scamming of falling short on timesheets. They never return your calls or emails on client side or aides.. They do not send a nurse monthly. They do not have an emergency continuity plan for aides or client in distress. They never follow up at all. This agency should be shut down as they do NOT qualify to serve client, aides or community. Any good reviews on this place is written in house or out of pocket clients.
terrible experience so far!!! my mother's aide is great and my mother truly enjoys her company. however the customer service in this agency is disgusting. when they answer the phone, if they answer. they don't provide a greeting or a name. I was not provided the aide's name before she arrived. I spoke to my mother's coordinator Scarlet 1 time and she was rushing me off the phone. did not even ask me how the services were going so far. I was trying to update her on incorrect information and also wanted to praise the aide. my mother's case has been activate for a week . there is still not a plan of care in the home. I was forced to work remote because the aide feels lost she is new to homecare and there is no plan of care to direct the aide. I have called all week . trying to speak with my mother's coordinator left messages she does not return my calls. as supervisor myself for another homecare agency I'm just disgusted .
This job has a very bad issue with pay roll . There workers are not getting payed weekly . Home health aids are delayed getting there check , Also short on there check . Department of labor needs to investigate.
My mom works for this company and they pay her short every week. She works for the clients tirelessly, and when it's pay day she has to be frustrated trying to get in touch with payroll or any staff member at that about her pay. I don't work for this company but I am living the experience through my mom, who dedicates herself to her clients only to not be paid, then given the run around from the staff at the end of each week. For a Company named "People Care," you don't care for your workers. It's the workers that earn you your money. I would not recommend a dog to this agency neither as a client or a caregiver.
Please don't put your loved ones with this agency. After I had my husband receiving services from Partners in Care, I didn't think there was an agency that could possibly be worse. There is an agency worse, it's people care. Some days my husband doesn't get an aide and he is left all alone at home while I'm at work all because an aide didn't want to be bothered with his service animal. They don't even call you to let you know they can't place someone until an hour before. The coordinator Alba wanted me to lock his service dog up for six hours in a cage all because an aide, not even afraid of it, just didn't like it. Then went on to spread lies about my husband because she didn't want to stay on the case and Alba for some reason wanted to believe and hold it against my husband. Here we are in a deadly pandemic and they send a different Aide everyday risking my husband's life. They have been neglectful and just discriminatory against his disability and his gender. My husband has six hours, fours days a week and every aide that has walked in, told him they didn't want to be there because it's "not enough hours for them"! Its all about the hours and money with this agency and if you don't have enough hours for them, they'll neglect your loved ones.
Very unprofessional they don’t like to pay you. They owe me money and at this point I’m going to get my lawyer involved. The staff is rude the only person that seemed concerned was molly. The coordinator lu was the worst. Her attitude sucks. I would never recommend this agency to anyone not even the blind.
The one star I give this review is under protest. My family's experience was consistently poor. My family struggled through too many unfit "aids". The aids don't speak English, have little to no knowledge of nutrition, and may or may not cook or clean. Our family had to make surprise visits to know for sure if they performed their duties such as feeding my Father or cleaning his home. In one instance, my elderly, blind Father was robbed and had his identity stolen by an aid who was incarcerated as a direct result of her felony and elder abuse toward my Father. Another aid verbally and physically assaulted me the daughter, on the day I went to visit my Father on FATHER'S DAY--of all days! then actually had the nerve to return to my Father's home the very next morning, as if it was back-to-business-as-usual-and-all-in-a-day's-work! An outrage!! I had to involve the Police--twice!--to get rid of her and keep her away from my Father's home. Luckily, the administrative staff that oversees the home-attendants helped with my grievance against that hostile and aggressive aid. One admin assistant in particular had attitude and was disrespectful but, the other had a more professional, accessible attitude. When I phoned the Director, I never got a returned call. Our family has had a couple of decent home-attendants from this agency but, it wasn't without having to go through many really horrible ones first. Changing agencies would have been the logical resolution but, the endless red-tape with the health insurance agencies made it a nightmare. Overall? Don't sign on with this agency. Give your loved ones the care they deserve. Do your research and GO ELSEWHERE!!!
