This location kept my car eight hours and then phone me to say they couldn't do a simple alignment. Customer service was poor. They should hire someone in management better qualified. Better service at the store on Rancho and Craig. I would never go to the Cheyenne and Rancho store.

I am new to town and ended up with a screw in my tire on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to take me right away an hour before close. I received great service from Donny and Philip. I would definitely recommend and will return in the future hopefully not with any more flat tires! 10/10 on knowledge, service and friendliness
