Came into their shop right before closing time with a flat that needed repaired. They stopped what they were doing and got me back on the road. They were super nice and helpful. I will be back next time i have any issues with my tires.
I went in to have my headlights replaced,with a 1100 appt. When I got back to pickup my car,I was told my fuse box fried with a burnt fuse to show for it. Let me remind you the Monday before it was at a dodge dealership and was put on a computer with no faults showing. When I picked up my vehicle I had no lights working and I was told I sabotaged my own vehicle after the fact.. The Manger blamed me for my problems.,never once looking into the issue other than for me to deal with it. I paid my bill and this will not be tolerated. Action from upper management should be done and find out how many other people have gone through this.
If i could leave zero stars i would. Absolutely no help. I was told my car was “ too low “ but never considered just looking at it and telling me before wasting my time. Sat and waited for almost an hour before they said anything and offered no help. Almost like they didn’t try everything to help. Horrible customer service. I’d be open to change my mind if they at least were able to deny my service from the start when they should’ve told me my car was “ too low”. Horrible customer service.
These are extremely good people. They are honest, up front and thorough. I came in and listed a few things I needed to have done and looked at on my Fusion and gave them my worries and concerns. They got back to me and filled me in on my questions/concerns I had promptly and left me with an extremely good feeling that both myself and vehicle were in good hands. Everyone here is a hard worker, and it shows with the crazy long queue of vehicles/appointments they had when I showed up. If you were looking for a location to have your vehicle worked on, look no further!
I had an appointment at 2:30pm, vehicle was not finished until 4:50pm. They couldn't complete the tire rotation that is included with the oil change. I was told it would be done in an hour. Over 2 hours later, my vehicle was done. What were they doing? Will not be returning to this location again.
I had my first experience with Pep Boys today and boy was it was Blessing! I went in for an alignment and ended up receiving royal treatment it felt like. I initially asked if they had a discount for those who love and serve the Lord and was told no, which was a mutual chuckle between us but then I stated that God was a "first responder" too! To sum it up, the overall energy and professionalism was all that and a bag of your favorite po-tay-toe chips! It was such a blessing! I immediately took my guy the truck on the highway and it felt like a million bucks! The wait was longer than desired BUT they took amazing care of me and Immanuel the truck. Thanks guys! I'll be back again!
I had an appointment for 1:30pm and showed up but was told I couldn’t be helped until 2:30pm. I came back and my vehicle still sat untouched in the parking lot until I left at 4pm. I get an email at 5 saying I “missed” my appointment and to reschedule. No thank you. Do not recommend. No communication or ETAs. Customers’ time is not valued here.
Brought my son's car in at 330 to have it checked on why it is over heating and engine light on. Have a baby that just got out of hospital and when we get back to shop from hospital they info us they had an accident. The guy that was supposably doing the diagnostic left and didn't print anything out. Wanted us to leave car without letting us know what's wrong with car. Plus they popped one of the tires on the car when pulling it in and told us we would have to wait until morning. I told them to get tire fixed so we can get out of here. 621 left to go get tire because they didn't have one in shop.
Had a 1:00 appointment its now 2:20 and my truck is still untouched! Earlier this year they changed my oil, they said if I got the full synthetic oil I'd only need to get a new filter, now they tell me they won't change the filter unless I get a full oil change and asked if I want the full 80.00 dollar oil change, when I could get the 30.00 dollar oil change
I paid for an engine diagnostic that didn’t show any issues but the problem was the transmission which they can’t fix. I was told it would take an hour, but it took two. In the end, I should have just taken it to the dealer and avoided the extra time and cost.
