Nikki is amazing! Customer service was beyond exceptional. I'm always nervous that I'll be taken advantage of at a car shop due to my lack of knowledge in the area. She made the whole experience so comforting and easy by explaing everything and working with me as far as planning next steps. I will definitely be back for all my car needs! Thanks Nikki!

Got warranty for tires when I bought 2 yrs ago , got a flat tire was towed here first time , very slow service . On top of this Nikki tell me it’s unrepairable and haven’t even had a technician looked at the tires or taken it off the rim , no visable damage . They want me to buy a new tire because of this . No warranty covered? I went out there to tell them show me the tire how is it unrepairable looking at it by eye sight ?wow, do they really do business with dummies? Looking forward to buying new tires elsewhere

Nikki, the manager is very professional and courteous. She was helpful and concerned with my car and the “check engine” light. She made sure the problem was corrected. Her and her crew are great. I’ll be coming back.

Originally, our car issues were misdiagnosed and the previous staff were essentially planning to treat every possible reason we were getting the codes that came up instead of finding the actual issue that needed fixing. Nikki took over our case, realized that nothing in our diagnostic matched the notes in our account and went ABOVE and BEYOND! to help put us back on the right track to fix our SUV. We still have quite some work to do but with the help of Nikki and the tech, Cameron, we’re on the right path again without worrying about being over charged from guess work. We cannot thank Nikki enough for her hard work and dedication to helping customers!!!

All the publicity of free tire rotation, break check and everything they offer is a big scam, i paid the tire rotation and oil change and they said they will check everything. my rear left tire after months goes flat by it self, so before the tire rotation i inflated the tire, and found out today the same exact rear left tire goes flat, that is how i know they dont do what they say they will do, Dont go to this PEP BOYS they are scamming People,

They were very professional and helpful. Service was a little slow only because they were training someone new. I expected less professionalism from a place like this, but they exceeded my expectations. I had an alignment done. Joseph, the technician, spoke to me in regards to my vehicle and was very pleasant. I might just try them out for other services in the future. The parts store is no more, it's just a service shop now. At first, I was disappointed. But then I remembered the kids they had hired a while ago, and they did not know anything about cars which made it frustrating to shop there.

What started out as possibly being a negative experience was immediately rectified by the exceptional actions of the manager, Che obviously cares about his customers and the integrity of his business. Being a female it's always scary taking your vehicle to a mechanic, but I will definitely return to this pep boys having confidence in their ability to fix my car. The reception is soooo bad here. I came to this store twice unfortunately this is the closest mechanic to my place and their service was just so bad. They are like machine and not helpful at all. Detailed Updates: my car cannot start up. I called AAA to give it a jump start and the nice AAA guy told me that battery is dead and health level is only 20%. So I told the pepboy guy that most likely I need to replace battery. I asked how long it would probably take. The guy said “i don’t know. I cannot give you an estimate time before we have it tested.” I asked “usually how long does it take to replace a battery.” He said “It depends on the front or back battery, I cannot tell until we test it.” And I said “ most likely it’s 12-v battery” He said “again i cannot say anything before we test it and we don’t have 12-v battery” i asked “is that possible to check whether it’s the 12-v battery or not? Otherwise I might wait couple of hours and then being told the problem is 12-v and we don’t have it. You need to go other place” he said “we cannot check it now” I asked “as I have appointment at 12 pm. Is that possible have it checked around 12?” He said “the appointment won’t make any difference. You still need to wait couple of hours” I was hopeless and get my key back and switch to Firestone who fixed my car right aways.
