On the website they have information about work with trailer tires. Manager sad park your car with trailer. When he saw, he tried find any ways say no, we can’t do that. Waded my time and denied. But I show them my trailer before order and parking .

I needed tires urgently and when I went on-line, this location had them in stock. As soon as I began describing my situation, Alexis was familiar with my on-line appointment and made all the arrangements. The whole team there made my turned my bad situation into a GREAT one. David greeted me and explained everything about the service appointment. He kept me updated on completion and additional repairs. He honored my coupon and encouraged me to replace my tires soon.

I chose Pep Boys after calling other competitors. The competitors were charging more fòr the same service. I brought my Jeep to the Van Buren location. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my brakes. I made an appointment to get the brake lines flushed. He offered a free brake inspection beforehand. After the inspection they agreed that a brake flushing/fluid exchange could resolve the issue. I was offered a lyft, but chose to wait. The service was completed in a timely manner. I was informed of other issues I am very pleased that I was not pressured into other services. I was given a price over the phone and the price was honored. No sneaky upcharges. Thank you to Brian and the service staff. I will be reccomending this location to others. I hope the staff enjoyed the plate of cookies I made. I believe it was a positive experience all around. It was worth traveling a little further away for the service iI received. Thanks Pep Boys!

Just like with everywhere, it depends on the person serving you that will be the main variable in the experience you will receive here. If you get Brian as your guy, your experience will be superb. Otherwise, I've had an average service here

I made an appointment and showed up early. The customer service representative was friendly and helpful. The service was done quickly and efficiently.

Today I had a flat tire. I was happily surprised with the way I was treated. The service manager was exceptional. His attitude was great and the speed he handled my situation was superior. He had me on my way in short order. Not only will I go back but I will recommend this shop to everyone.

Shout out to Brian during my visit, had a good personality was doing as much as he could with the amount of work flowing And guys that he had. It took just a bit but the patch for my tire was hooked up free of charge. You ha e no idea how much that helped right now. Amazing customer service this visit

I went in for an inspection on my car to drive for Lyft and Uber. Instead of failing me to let me know what needed to be fixed so I could pass. I came back a few days later and was able to pass. Her customer service was great and I left satisfied with the service!
