Called to confirm appointment with a doctor that I had only seen once. This was a follow up appointment for a new medication. I found out she was no longer with the practice. I did not receive notice via email, postal mail, text or phone call. I only called because i did not receive a confirmation from the practice. I found out the day before my appointment which was set 3 months ago. This is the second time a doctor has left after one appointment from this practice. The first doctor I saw told me himself that he was leaving, after charging me $400.00 to do nothing.
I'm just happy my family member is still alive after receiving care from this clinic. Over the past year. I'm sure, They are probably just getting her by with the bare minimum of care. Just to keep her alive and fragile, So they can milk her insurance and pump more money out of her Medicare. Rather than actually fix the underlying issues. They were only an hour and half late seeing my family member for her very urgent appointment. That obviously wasn't very urgent to how the staff attended the patient.
If you need to be seen anytime soon, good luck with that. It takes 2 to 3 MONTHS to get an appointment. Rotator cuff injury and arthritis, it won't be long and I will lose function in my arm, no longer able to dress myself. My insurance approved the cortisone injection. Next available appointment is in August! 3 MONTHS from now. Horrible place to go if you actually need medical care!
I asked the front office to schedule a PCP appointment but instead they scheduled a specialist appointment, I didn’t realize until I got the bill. The billing office said there is nothing they can do and I have to pay the specialist fee even though they record the phone calls and possibly could have proven that it was supposed to be a primary care visit. Now I have to somehow find the money to pay for a specialist because of their error. Would not recommend for that purpose alone. My physician was great.

I must express my deep disappointment with the level of service my family has received at your location. It is imperative that this matter be addressed promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all patients. First and foremost, I want to bring to your attention the woeful lack of responsiveness from Dr. Morris regarding prescription refills. It is utterly unacceptable that my wife's requests have gone unanswered. Furthermore, Dr. Morris seems unaware of which prescriptions are covered by our medical plan, leaving us in a state of confusion and frustration. Compounding these issues is the consistently rude and unhelpful behavior exhibited by your employees when we call for assistance with urgently needed scripts. As patients in need of prompt medical attention, we deserve respect and genuine support from the staff at Dignity Medical Health Group. Regrettably, it appears that both Dr. Morris and his team have failed to fulfill their responsibilities in providing adequate care to my family as a patient within your organization.
I been coming to Pepper Tree Clinic for 18 plus years, kudos to Dr Stienburg for being my Primary Dr since the beginning. He recently retired, im back to seeing the interns until i have a Primary replacement. He said, he'll refer me a good one.
Stay away from this clinic! Craig Brett & Bugambilia Chacon are the absolute worst administrators and people that have ever been! Here's why: 1. When you call in to make an appointment with the doctor, you are automatically routed to an off site call center that has no other way to communicate with the actual clinic other than by email. In addition, if you're hoping for a same day appointment or an appointment within a day or two, forget it! That will never happen at this clinic. They are grossly understaffed and mired in a cesspool of unprofessional management and treatment. The call center can only make appointments 2-4 months out from the time of your call. Anything sooner is a headache of endless phone calls, babysitting and never ending brick walls! Many times I had to drive to the clinic to get anywhere because I couldn't get anything scheduled over the phone. In the automated prompts, Option 6 is supposed to be designed for you to speak with a member of your Dr.'s team for prescription refills, lab results, etc. However, you will never ever be successful in reaching a member of your Dr.'s team or anyone at the clinic selecting that option. Option 6 is automatically rerouted back to Option 2, which is the off site call center. I have complained multiple times about this situation, but of course, nothing is done about it. Complaints are always dismissed by the administration and phone calls are rarely returned and certainly not in a timely manner. 2. Patient Portal - This is also a joke! Their patient portal hasn't worked in over two years. There are never ending problems with logging in and passwords, I had to give up! 3. Telehealth visits - I always have to call in to get the telehealth process moving, otherwise, we would never have the appointment. Save yourself of the never ending struggles, hassles and unprofessional administration that sets your healthcare up for failure!
I had an awful experience with this doctor and highly recommend if you are female not to go to him. I had a bulge in my stomach that I went to see my regular doctor for and she ordered an ultrasound and from there the results showed it was an abnormal hernia and since it was causing me pain they recommended I get it removed so I scheduled an appointment here. The office told me before I met with them I needed to get a CT Scan done as well so I did. On the day of my appointment I spoke with Dr. Ballecer and he had clearly not looked at any of my ultrasound results or CT Scan images because he proceeded to tell me the bulge in my stomach was a vein because I was “so skinny” and I should feel so lucky to be so skinny. I proceeded to tell him that’s not what my previous test results I had done said and that it was causing me pain where he proceeded to tell me that pain was all in my head and to push through it now that I knew the pain wasn’t real. I also had him check out a lump in my groin that was causing me pain and he told me that was a “female thing” that was normal and the pain for that was also in my head. I left feeling upset and uncomfortable about the appointment so I got a second opinion at a doctor who confirmed the lump in my stomach is a hernia and the pain was not in my head and the lump in my groin is currently being biopsied to see if it’s cancerous. Thank god I went with my gut feeling about Dr. Conrad Ballecer being wrong. He clearly was not listening to myself or my physical test results. I could have let the pain go on and the lump grow if I hadn’t gotten a second opinion. He made me feel so uneasy and dumb for the pain I was feeling. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here or to this doctor.
I find Dr Crain to be amazingly patient and knowledgeable. My wait time has always been average considering you can’t put an estimated treatment time on some of the patients before me. But she is definitely worth any wait time. She treats me as an individual and remembers specific things about me the next time she sees me, she tells me what she her professional opinion is not what she thinks I want to hear, with her I get actual care.
