Per Mar Security Services

Per Mar did an excellent job of helping to assure we were satisfied with their service. From the first review of the building to the installation. Our Service Tech Vince is a hard worker and was very friendly. He wanted to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it before he left.

Per Mar is by far the best company to go with. Their sales and service team is very honest and open about everything. I have tried ADT in the past and they do not compare to Per Mar in any way. ADT spends most of their money on advertising while Per Mar uses word of mouth and reliability to produce sales.

I called Per Mar to let them know I would be moving out of state and wanted to cancel my agreement. Told them I would pay the two years left on the agreement and was wanting to have the False Alarm portion dropped as I wouldn't be in the house. Told I would have to sign another five year agreement. When you sign up with them you better read your papers carefully as they are not about customer service. Chad was the one I talked to. He told me they would be losing money by dropping that part of the agreement. Which, I realized it would be seven dollars less a month for two years but they wouldn't be providing any service at the house and still get their two years of money out of me for nothing. Also every year they send out a letter saying their going to raise their rates but never put in the letter what they rates are going to be. I have had to call them to find out. You have 30 days of getting the letter to say you don't agree with the rate increase. You can bet I will be doing that this time and everything will be sent by certified mail. I have used ADT in the pass and never had this sort of problem. Our state leaders are always saying to keep your dollars at home, well I tried but lesson learned.
