Calandra Clevenger performed a security installation service at our Ridge NAPA Auto Parts store in South Haven, Michigan and provided an excellent service. A recent security camera system repair was accomplished by Robert, a Per Mar technition. He arrived on schedule and immediately started troubleshooting the problem. He quickly discovered a failed PoE Switch and began the search for a replacement. Having located one, he left to pick it up, returned, and installed the new one in minutes. The camera system was back in operation within an hour. Hats off to Robert who has always been a pleasure to work with and to Christine and the rest of the local Per Mar team for their excellent coordinated effort. Thank you!
PerMar has never let me down. I've used them for probably 15 years. Every time I have a problem with my system operation it is resolved by the next business day. My tech Justin G. was very good and professional. I appreciate the customer service from the initial phone call to the end of the job. I would recommend them over these new internet services because I feel they are invested in my safety. I had a potential break in one time and the police were there in like 3 minutes. We were switching providers and called to set up an in house review and see potential services and updates. Larry stopped by later that evening and we signed up that night. He was knowledgeable and explained everything up front. Matt was our technician and was also very knowledgeable and made the updates seamless. Classy team with great customer service, glad we made the switch.
Justin and Matt were doing an update on the equipment in our building on 2/6. They were both extremely nice and friendly. Worked efficiently while getting the job done well. They also were willing to answer any questions that I had with a professional attitude, even when they were silly questions. They also seemed very trustworthy. They went above and beyond to make sure that or business was secure and we had everything that we needed. Definitely recommend this company but also these installers.
Matt Stringfellow was absolutely professional. The golden standard of residential installation services. Kept on the job while also communicating with us everything he was installing, all while giving us a great conversation from time to time. Was very delicate with the home and walls and was careful of personal belongings. Explained how everything worked very thoroughly, yet kept it simple enough that anyone could understand how to operate the system. Highly recommended. 10/10!

Calandra installed a new security system at Exterior Arts. We received great customer service and she was very easy to work with. Our salesperson Nicole Bodle was wonderful as well.
Today our Per Mar system was installed with motion detectors in main rooms, door opening detectors on all doors, and a control panel to manage the whole system. Installation went smoothly by a personable, competent, and experienced technician. He worked with us while we learned how to use the control panel and patiently answered our many questions. The initial assessment to determine what we needed was performed by a knowledgeable security consultant who explained why we needed what he recommended. His inspection of our home and determination of our needs gave us strong confidence to follow his recommendations. The net result is a smoothly running home security system that gives us much confidence in our security purchase. We are very pleased with both our security-needs analyst and our equipment installer.
