Perfect Brows NYC

The good thing about this place is that they are very nice, they also took me even though I was 45 mins late for my lash lift appointment. The bad thing is they are not good at lash lifts at all I don’t know the name of my tech. They left tons of glue on my eyelids which made them get stuck together as I was blinking. They completely ruined my lashes, they were way too curly so curly that they were touching my lids and making them super itchy and irritated. The curl wasn’t even either, the lashes were clumpy and going in different directions. I had to go to my normal lash place to fix them the next day and thank goodness they were able to save my lashes. I have added both pictures of the messed up lash lift and the correct lash lift that was done elsewhere the way it should be- also keep in mind the next day the lashes fan out making it look even better- these pics were taken right after the lift and after I tried cleaning off the tons of glue. Perfect Brows is only good at that, brows…don’t go to them for anything else.

The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and made me feel safe to get my eyebrows done during this pandemic! The woman at the front desk was kind and accommodating and the woman who threaded my eyebrows and waxed my upper lip did a great job and was gentle! Also they have chocolate wax which smells so good.

I’m really not the type to leave bad reviews. But I got a deep bikini and it was a terrible experience. Firstly she put baby powder on before asking if I was comfortable with having talc powder in my vagina. Ladies who still use baby powder down there stop immediately it leads to higher risk of ovarian cancer & yeast infections which I’m prone to. The whole time she was waxing the door was ajar and she was talking to waiting customers. She also never asked if I was comfortable with having the door slightly open. Lastly it’s been about 8 hrs since I got waxed this is not the first time I’ve waxed either and my whole top area is stil covered in irritation bumbs. It was the most painful waxing experience I’ve ever had. And the deep bikini grooming lines were uneven. The whole process felt rushed. My poor kitty looked butchered after, and I’ll probably have to go somewhere else tomorrow to fix the mess. The service & customer care is just not there.

DO NOT GO HERE, I just left in tears after one of the beautician butchered my brows. Simple tint and threading. Super slow and painful and then, completely uneven which resulted in her taking more off one eyebrow and then more off the next and MORE off the next. You get my point.... AVOID!

Don’t go here. She completely ruined the shape. Didn’t care what I told her before she started. All she had to do is clean instead my arch is gone and now I have straight eyebrows
