rented an apt at 245 Jefferson st via agent Dov. lived here for 4 months and really love it! the apt was reasonably priced and the management is fair with responding/fixing etc all and all good deal
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! They have no regard for renters laws and will screw you over every chance they get. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
Live in a Bushwick location. Loved the response time and enjoyed apartment very much! Highly recommended. Thank you Baila!
Fence in back yard collapsed, they waited 6 months to fix it and they did it the day after we informed them we would not be resigning the lease.
Not really sure what these guys do, as half the stuff in our apartment hasn’t been working for weeks with no repairs.
