Perfect Plumbing is the absolute best. Their communication alone is enough for a 5 star review, I’ve never been so impressed with a company in their clear and proactive communication before an appointment. And the work these guys do is the best around, bar none. Super professional and extremely thorough. They’ve done a full kitchen remodel for me, several smaller jobs and most recently, replaced my tankless hot water heater. Cam did a great job and his attention to detail was unparalleled. If you’re looking for a plumbing service in the area look no further, perfect plumbing cannot be beat!

I wanted to leave a nice review for the staff of Perfect Plumbing. I met a plumber in Eastport during the boat show. My request for assistance was not directly plumbing related but boat related. The person I spoke with sorry I had forgotten his name, was very pleasant and helpful, and came through with with perfect item I was looking for. If you are looking for a plumber, give Perfect Plumbing a try. I was very impressed.
I generally do not leave reviews, but I'll make an exception this time. This company obviously puts a priority on customer service. Not only is their work top notch, but everyone I came into contact with was polite, professional and informative. Shout out to our plumber Sam, who is amazing and was even nice to my 17 year old dog.
The call was made to Perfect Plumbing LLC at 12:08pm, within the hour service person was there to check problem with leaking water tank and a new water heater was installed by 5:10pm. Our water heater started leaking pretty bad and needed to be replaced asap. After calling different plumbers who said they could't come out that day, I called Perfectum-- Vadim said he'd we'd have a new hot water heater installed and hot water within three hours. Our rental management company called them to replace our kitchen faucet no hot water coming out!. They never called, I finally called them and they scheduled someone to come. The guy came Miguel, assessed, and then determined we needed a new faucet. Very nice guy. He left to wait for approval from the rental management company. Weeks went by and nothing. After 4 weeks, I called to inquire. The woman said "someone had dropped the ball" and that she'd work on getting the work approval and would call me back. Another week went by, and nothing, so I called, got the same "someone dropped the ball" answer and she said she'd take care of it. I called again a few days later, she scheduled someone to come--finally! ALL THIS TIME WITH NO HOT WATER TO WASH DISHES. When the guy Houston Frey came, he walked to the door and started talking to me and was going to come in, and I had to ask him if he had a mask. He said, "I have one in the truck." He went back and got a little stretchy cotton neck warmer to cover his nose, and then blew right past me into the house. Kinda rude like. I went to the other room while he worked. I could hear him coughing, huffing & puffing and also sounding mad about something. He stomped in and out of the house a few times acting mad about something. After 10 minutes I went in to ask him if it was going ok and he was there working with the cotton "mask" off. He finally finished and stomped out. Left the kitchen a mess. It was a very unprofessional experience. I would never hire someone who acted like that. And then on top of that the reply to this review was that it was the fault of the property management company. Way to shift blame! That's interesting because the woman in the office of perfect plumbing apologize and said it was their fault. But also the terrible behavior of the plumber who came out was also not addressed. Still would never use these people because now we know that they are liars too.
From making the appointment with Melissa, to receiving notification that Miguel was on the way, to his installation of the sump pump, everything went smoothly. Melissa at customer service got us in right away. She went the extra yard to see if their technicians could be moved around to squeeze us in for an emergency repair on our hot water heater. 5 stars for Melissa Josiah the technician arrived right on schedule. I showed him where the leak was with our hot water pipes, and he said he could replace the pipe that was leaking with not problem. He was fast, courteous, and professional. 5 stars for Josiah. I am super impressed with the professionalism and great work supplied by Perfect Plumbing. The price was reasonable and no waiting or run-around which is a first for me. I highly recommend their service and will be a repeat customer. I was referred to them and will definitely refer them to my friends.
