I trust their advice, expertise, and training. It's reassuring to visit an "eye care" center, where the doctor and staff have served you for multiple years. They care about you.

Maybe their phone booking messed up my reservation. When I show up, I was told I didn't have a reservation at a very rude way without trying to figure out what happened. The staffs seem all new to me from last year when I visited. Maybe that's why.

I received the most thorough eye exam I have ever received. All of the staff were super helpful and gracious, and Dr. Mark Pickering was extremely thorough with evaluating my various eye test results and determining my new glasses prescription. I will be returning there for all of my future eye care needs.

Excellent customer service. Super friendly front desk staff. In and out in a timely manner. Great selection of frames. Will continue to go for my yearly eye checkup.
