Perficut has done a great job with my lawn going on 2 years. Great people to work with at all times! Great customer service. Thank you!
We tried working with Perficut since last July to remove a tree from our property and to trim the rest of our trees. We never received any communication unless we called them. They rescheduled our service multiple times, and we kept getting put off over and over again. We constantly received different information from different people at the company. Once they were finally able to get to us this month, we found out that it is already too warm to trim some of our trees and that they are not able to provide the services to us that they quoted. Awful, frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never recommend this company.
This company does not return our multiple phone messages or emails. We had them spray our trees last year, but when we received this year's proposal it did not reflect what had been done the year before and they did not return any of our phone messages or emails. Hence, not all our trees were treated this year. We recently sent an email inquiring about next year. Again, NO RESPONSE!
While my fianceé has already left a summary review, the experience I've just concluded with Perficut of Des Moines was so terrible that I'm compelled to share the details so other unfortunate homeowners are not also subjected to such a debacle. I engaged Perficut in July of 2018 to come estimate tree work at our new home. I was quoted approximately 3000 dollars worth of work and told we should schedule it for the winter to prevent Oak Wilt and Dutch Elm disease. I agreed and approved the work on Aug. 31 and was told I was on the winter schedule a few days after that. In late December, after no communication for months I was finally told we'd need to sign a contract and that it would be an additional 250 dollars above the original quote to remove the stump of the tree that would be removed. I signed on 12/20. Nearly a month later I was told my fiancé would actually have to sign the paperwork as her name is on the assessor's site. This was also after at least two responses to our inquiries telling us the crew would start work in intervening weeks. She signed the contract in mid-January. It is now March 19, and no work has been done. While this winter was worse than normal, Perficut did not communicate delays and did not manage their workload to complete what was committed and contracted. I was told this afternoon that Perficut would "chance it" in trimming our oaks and guarantee the work if the trees died, removing and replacing them at their cost. However, I was called back 15 minutes later and told that there would be no guarantee and that since I no longer had time to process the tree that would be coming down into firewood they would be adding another 350 dollars onto the quote for log removal. I cancelled the job at that point. TL;DR: Perficut was disorganized, communicated poorly if at all, and changed their story to increase our cost several times while never actually completing the work in a timely fashion.
Worked for this company for 3-4 months, pay was pretty consistent. Hours were across the board, none of the Foreman wanted to train me. A lot of disconnection going on w/ them, wouldn't recommend working for them until they get some housekeeping in order.
