Great help from the staff at performance bike. Always deals and sales going on and I always spend less than I thought I would. Decent selection of bikes and gear. Triple bonus points on bikes at times means hundreds of bonus dollars to spend on gear to go with that new bike!

This was my first time buying a "real" bike and was the third store I checked out. So glad I shopped around because I've found a great bike at a great price. They answered all me questions, helped me compare options, and made sure I bought the correct size frame. I'm picking up my new bike next week and can't wait to start riding. UPDATE (4/6/18) I wish I could write a second review since something new happened . Today I called the store to double check a promotion. The guy that answered the phone was really helpful. About a half hour later, I received a call. He called me back from the caller ID because he mis-read the promotion's documentation and didn't want me to come in tomorrow (as I said on the phone) without knowing the correct details. Awesome customer service.

Excellent customer service in sales and service. Ralph went above and beyond helping us with our needs and telling us about different places to ride in the area. Wish other bike shops were like this!
