Performance EDU has been an environment that has broaden physical training. This establishment has helped me to realize that there is more that i can get out of fitness by joining up with the team dynamic that they present. These individual training coaches work together by talking about client form, exercise movement, injury prevention, and athletic recovery. Which is far above what i have experienced. After you get through the challenge of your first week going through a lot of new exercises and possibly using new pieces of fitness equipment you have never used. You start to meet the people that work out here and find out how much they also enjoy what Performance EDU offers. The programs that these training coaches write allows for each individual to be challenged. And you find everyone encouraging and supporting each other. With this atmosphere of a sudden as your workout is ending, you find yourself already looking forward to the next session. It's a great place!

So far I have lost 52 pounds!! Thanks to the amazing crew!! The team works with you and your goals. I feel support every time I workout. Their friendly communication inside and outside the gym is on point. I truly am grateful for the support and motivation that they provide. I would recommend this to anyone starting out or already on program. They teach you so much here.

Great trainers they are full of knowledge. They check out how you move and make corrections and adjustments if you have injuries. If you have mobility issues they are definitely the place to be. They have flexible work outs so you can find a way to fit it in your schedule. Group classes are fun. It's like working out with family.

When I first started seeing Marc a few months ago, I'd been dealing with a seemingly incurable knee injury for almost a year and a half. I'd seen everyone from physical therapists to podiatrists, and tried everything from massage therapy to acupuncture, but to no avail. I was told the knee pain could have been caused by (among other things) IT band issues, an internally rotated femur, a leg length discrepancy, weak glutes, tight hamstrings, etc, etc. This list goes on. As an athlete and full-time grad student, exercise had been my most reliable stress reliever and the injury had now become another source of stress. I was frustrated, desperate, and ready to throw in the towel. Then I was referred to Marc. I was skeptical when I first went in to see him, but after our first session, I had a glimmer of hope that he might be able to help me. After taking the time to listen to everything I've been through, he gave me no promises on how long it would take to heal. Instead, however, he candidly told me that he could provide no time estimate but that we would figure it out, no matter how long that might take. I've been working with Marc for a little over 3 months now and my knee has started healing. It's been a slow process, but for the first time in 18 months, I'm experiencing my knee get better rather than progressively worse (yay!). I couldn't be more excited about it! I've been able to gradually begin enjoying exercise again and the constant ache and pain in my knee that I've become so accustomed to has begun to dissipate. I'd like to say that Marc is a miracle worker, but really, my healing hasn't been based on miracles, it's been a product of Marc's expertise. He's extremely knowledgable, patient, and honest. He works with you to figure out what's going on and for me, it was the special attention he paid to compensatory patterns that spurred my recovery. As soon as I began using proper form and strengthening proper muscles, my knee no longer had to bear inappropriate weight and torque. Progress has been gradual, but the support I've received along the way has made it all possible. The atmosphere at Performance EDU is one of a community, and in the past few months, I've gotten to know not only Marc and the other wonderful trainers at the facility, but their great clientele as well. Big thanks to Marc and everyone at Performance EDU!

After dealing with lower back issues for over 10 years, seeing countless doctors, and finally having surgery, Performance EDU has proved to be the missing link. Marc is extremely knowledgeable and broke down my issues to the root of my problem. He created a strategic game plan that not only got me back to doing the activities I live for, but he taught me how to to correctly train and and build strength again. I wish I would have found him 10 years ago! If this sounds too good to be true, go find out for yourself.
