Our experience with Performance Property Management has been stellar! Sara Aguilar, has been incredible every step of the way. Her follow though and communication are top notch! We could not imagine renting our property without her! Sara and the team have created a true "set it and forget it" experience. Highly recommended!
I have lived in several places and dealt with my fair share of property management companies. PPM is the best - By far!! The unit I live in, needed a deadbolt installed for the outside storage closet, and the refrigerator needed the ice maker replaced. I opened tickets in the portal, and I had 2 separate service techs contact me in less than 24 hours, and both issues were IMMEDIATELY resolved. Highly recommend!
Best property management company out there!!! Tracy is super helpful, timely, efficient and friendly! She made the process of renting a breeze, and she is incredibly pleasant to work with. Everybody at the company is wonderful , 10/10 will rent through them again !!
Tracy is awesome! We moved here from out of state and her communication was excellent. The you tube video of the house was also very helpful. Thanks
I was in a situation and I called Tracy. I was in need of a place ASAP. And she came thru. The communication was great. Much appreciated. JOB well Tracy.

Performance Property Management provided a wonderful experience. Sadly, I had a very challenging tenant situation that turned into an eviction. Sara and her team took care of everything from coordinating the attorney, posting notices, keeping me informed, and cleaning up the property after wards. The team at PPM treated my home as if it was their own. I am very grateful for their time and care during a challenging situation. I recommend them to anyone utilizing property management services. Thank you again Sara & Team! -Tim
Performance Property Management has taken very good care of our Property. I would recommend them to anyone in need of hiring a property management Company.
We had an exceptional experience with our leasing agent - Tracy Williams! She communicated swiftly and thoroughly throughout the entire process, which made things super smooth and seamless. She saw to it that no stone was left unturned and put forth a genuine effort to ensure we were fully taken care of. We were blown away by her helpfulness and it came at a time when we needed it most. We’re wholeheartedly appreciative of her and PPM as a whole! 11/10 - would recommend!
I was approved and signed a lease for a property, I am more than qualified being that I bring in more than 5x the stated rent. However I did the horrible misdeed of doing basic due diligence i.e. reading reviews, inquiring about the potential for a two-year lease Tracy gives a flat out no, while the office says it is up to the property owner, asking questions about their non-industry standard of collecting first months rent upfront regardless of move-in date while competitors request prorated l. I mean, how dare I want some stability in Denver’s rental market. Tracy had already sent out an email blast denying applicants in favor of my applicant…. If you read the reviews a vindictive nature is mentioned more than once if you dare make a complaint, or ask questions… They are truly gauging tenants — with the exorbitant costs of Denver rents and the sheer amount people have to shell out in total moving costs first month rent, deposit, moving truck, movers, etc PPM and Tracy have are lacking any sort of business ethics. Fortunately, I’m overseeing the campaigns of several potential Councilpersons for the City & County of Denver and when they take office, they’ll be more aggressive than current members or the Hancock admin ever was on passing tenants rights, I’ll be sure they address seedy landlord practices such as what I encountered. I’ll be sure to contact the actual property owners thanks to Denver Property Assessment Records to let them know just how deceitful their business practices are — all stemming from my having the audacity to request certain measures in the lease that actually favor the tenant. Here’s a piece of advice: when CO law says deposits should be returned in 30 days unless otherwise stated in lease and the property management company doubles it… stay away! There’s no reason they need to keep it that long other than to continue accruing to interest in their behalf for 30 more days.
