I have heard really awesome stuff about this place for dance enthusiasts and can definitely see how inspiration is promoted between these walls. The building by itself is a great view in a great location. When it comes to life performances, there is definitely an extreme amount of talent and devotion all over the place. The operation of this spot as a venue is flawless, no problem getting in or finding seats and everyone on board is really nice. My only comment is towards the chairs, a place with its head as high as this one should really think on the comfort of the seating audience.
Peridance is my go-to for Tuesday classes! I love the variety peridance offers from ballet to street styles and everything in between! The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful! They’re the first to greet me when I arrive and it sets the tone for the studio. A positive, energized environment. I always feel at home in the peridance community!
I love Peridance!! The best teachers and class environment. The front desk staff is also very warm and welcoming!! One of the best places to take contemporary and ballet in a low stress environment.
Whenever I'm in NYC, I love Julia Gleich's ballet class. It's a beginner level, but not easy! Ms Gleich teaches a wonderful, expansive barre, and gets us moving and filling up space in the big studio. Other really recommended teachers for this ageing ballet student! who teach at Peridance include the wonderful Kathy Sullivan, whose teaching is meticulous and she remembers me when I haven't been in her class for over 2 years! Peridance is a friendly studio for the amateur adult ballet student. The teachers take us seriously and the front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
We travel to NY every year to train with our artists from Latin America, and we always go to Peridance. It is one of the best places to improve skills in dancing and everyone around the world who travels to NY to train must go there! Our dancers have the best experience always!!
Peri Dance has the most amazing community! I loved coming here everyday for two weeks. Beautiful studios along with the most amazing mentors. Such an amazing experience!!
I rented space a Peridance, and my experience was terrific. The accommodations were more than adequate. The rental space had all the digital gadgets I needed. The staff was professional, and the facility was clean. I loved the studio, environment, vibe, and location!

Love this place, the faculty and the classes. I can really only speak for the ballet classes offered at Peri, but they are amazing. I 100% recommend!
Nice place . I m going to dance there for one year now with Bakari , the African dance teacher, since I can’t do ballet anymore because of a knee trouble. I have so much fun ! Ballet and contemporain seem to be great class too. The level of dancers is high but everybody can start I suppose ;
