Peruvian Connection

My wife Trish and I have LOVED this Peruvian Connection store since it opened. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The current manager, Cecelia, is great to work with. She goes out of her way to make things work her customers. It's a pleasure to come to this store. It's a great addition to the Upper West Side..

Do not shop here buy online. The managers are rude and unprofessional especially Cecilia very pushy and desperate for a sale.

Terrible customer service. Customer service here is at best indifferent. When I went in with a problem they were completely unsympathetic, unhelpful and treated me like I was a liar. I was a regular customer but will not be returning.

It’s such a shame that this store has completely gentrified the Peruvian name. You take from my Homeland but you have white women modeling the designs. Horrible!
