Genuine friendly educated caring staff. My first time at Pet Depot and it was for their pool. My dogs loved it, they did not want to leave. I apologize not remembering the names of the staff memebers that assisted me when I called in the morning, to the pool, and the dog wash g station. I am excited for my next visit and I need to make sure I explore their store and other services. My regret is not knowing about Pet Depot sooner.

My dogs love the indoor swimming pool and the bathing individual stations are a great way to keep the dogs clean. The staff is always very helpful and they love dogs.

Champagne Diamond in the Rough It's clean, the staff must get tazed if they are anything but hospitable (jk) because they are always welcoming and friendly. I mean you get to go to someone else's house and trash the place with water and dog hair! And you don't have to feel bad for leaving without cleaning up!

Friendly staff. Good selection. The dogs love the pool, and we like the bathing stations.

They have a large selection - and sell my dog's food! Instinct is sometimes harder to find, at least the type of food he gets. They also have great dog beds, but they're expensive. I have not used the other stuff (hydrotherapy etc) but it looks cool and if I do need hydrotherapy for my dog, I'm going there! I wish they were closer, but the store are in between my work and home. I'd recommend them over petsmart any day.
